Water Loss
Water-Loss Reconstruction After Mitigation
Water mitigation often requires removal of wet drywall, flooring, baseboard, insulation, cabinets, or other materials. After the affected areas are dry and the mitigation phase is complete, Renovations Elite LLC handles the reconstruction work needed to put those areas back together.
When We Step In
The Right Time for the Rebuild Phase
- Emergency water source has been addressed by the appropriate party.
- Extraction/drying work is complete or the project is ready for reconstruction planning.
- Affected materials and rebuild boundaries are understood.
- Available mitigation documentation, photos, estimate, or scope can be shared as appropriate.
