We review the property's reconstruction needs and confirm whether the job is ready for planning, estimating, or additional information.
Scope, Selections, and Schedule
Construction scope, material selections, trade needs, access, and scheduling are organized before the active rebuild begins.
Reconstruction
The project moves through the required construction sequence. Progress and material changes are documented.
Walkthrough and Punch
Remaining construction items are identified, addressed, and prepared for final closeout.
Closeout and Partner Update
Completion is documented and the referral source receives the agreed project outcome/update.
